Job summary

PT. SENTRAL BERKAT TEKNOLOGI in Batam seeks an IT consultant/sales associate to provide information and consultation on IT products (laptops, PCs, printers, accessories, software). You will guide customers, explain features, and help them choose solutions that fit their needs and budget.

You will handle questions and follow-up, record sales, and build lasting customer relationships while aiming to achieve daily targets with friendly, professional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
• Experience in sales/retail, preferably IT products.
• Attractive appearance and communicative.
• Understanding of laptops, computers, and IT.
• Willing to work with shift system and overtime if needed.
• Target-oriented and able to work as a team and individually.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and consultation on IT products according to customer needs (laptops, PC, printer, accessories, software, etc.)
• Serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Help customers select the right products according to their needs and budget
• Explain product specifications, features, and advantages
• Handle customer questions, complaints, and follow-up
• Record sales transactions and report daily sales results
• Maintain good relationships with customers and provide professional service
• Achieve predetermined sales targets
