Job summary

PT Apex Nusantara Indo in Jakarta Selatan seeks an experienced IT Project Lead to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT projects within our insurance business. You will align IT initiatives with strategic goals, lead a team of Business Analysts, and ensure optimal utilization of resources.

You will manage budgets, forecast IT expenses, and monitor variances while negotiating with external vendors and ensuring strong vendor performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or industrial engineering.
• Min 7 years of IT leadership experience across PM, BA, and advisory roles in insurance.
• Strong knowledge of the insurance domain and processes.
• Excellent problem solving with a proactive mindset.
• Creative and analytical thinker with strategic mindset.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of IT Project within the organization.
• Aligning IT initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.
• Managing Business Analyst resources, including personnel to support project activities and ensure optimal utilization.
• Lead and mentor a team of Business Analyst, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
• Assign task, set priorities and manage workload to meet project & enhancement deadline and objectives.
• Create Budget forecasting, monitoring IT Expenses and variance analysis.
• Ensure alignment of IT investment with business priorities and objectives.
• Understand and manage budget components in IT.
• Managing relationship with external vendors, including contract negotiation, performance evaluation, and ensuring the agreement.

Requirements

• Min. Bachelors Degree from information technology or computer science major or industrial engineering.
• Min. 7 years working experience across multiple IT related-roles in insurance environment, spanning experiences from project manager, business analyst, business process and business consultant.
