Job summary

PT Tekno Gemilang Indonesia (TOG Indonesia) is seeking an IT Operations Support Specialist to monitor IT incidents, coordinate escalation, and improve monitoring and dashboards. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure incidents are resolved quickly and visibility is enhanced.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field.
• 1–2 years of professional IT experience.
• Basic understanding of IT monitoring, incident management and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana or similar tools.
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of scripting and/or query languages is a plus.
• Basic understanding of servers, networking, cloud environments and databases is a plus.
• Basic understanding of IT Operations and incident management processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up on IT operational incidents until fully resolved.
• Assist with incident coordination and escalation throughout the process.
• Monitor and optimize monitoring and alerting tools for effective oversight.
• Develop and improve dashboards, monitoring, and alerting systems.
• Perform initial analysis of issues and alerts to identify causes and impacts.
• Assist in identifying improvements to monitoring capabilities and visibility.
• Coordinate cross-functional operational activities as required.
• Create and update operational documentation and incident records.
