Job summary

PT Teknologi Internasional Nusantara is seeking an IT Operations Lead to manage daily IT operations, servers, networks, and cloud services. You will monitor performance, security, and availability while solving complex infrastructure issues and coordinating with vendors. The role includes mentoring juniors and driving improvements.

The ideal candidate has a IT/CS degree, 3–5 years in IT operations, and strong English communication along with Windows Server and VMware experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure or IT Operations.
• Experience leading projects or mentoring team members.
• Good communications skills in English.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Windows Server (AD, DNS, DHCP, GP).
• Solid networking basics (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewall).
• Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily IT operations.
• Manage and maintain servers, networks, cloud services, and IT infrastructure.
• Monitor system availability, performance, and security.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, server, network, and Microsoft 365 issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server, virtualization, and network devices.
• Support infrastructure projects, upgrades, and system improvements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
• Mentor junior team members and support continuous improvement.
