Job summary

LanceSoft, Inc. in Jakarta, Indonesia is seeking an experienced IT Leader to head the IT team in a multi-site manufacturing environment. You will oversee daily IT operations, develop and enforce IT frameworks, and ensure reliable infrastructure and security.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering, at least 7 years in IT with 2+ years in management, strong governance, ERP exposure (Microsoft BC), and capability to manage vendors, budgets and incident response.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years IT experience with at least 2 years in team management.
• Manufacturing and multi-site IT operations experience preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Microsoft BC) and OT cybersecurity.

Requirement

Technical Skills: Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, virtualization, cloud services, backups, and endpoint management; familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft BC)

IT Security: Understanding of Cybersecurity, Firewall, VPN, IAM, Incident Response, OT Cybersecurity, and industrial protocols

Soft Skills: Leadership, problem solving, communication, analytical thinking, and vendor management

Certification: IT Security, Networking, or ERP certifications are preferred"
