Job summary

Metrodata Group in Jakarta is seeking an IT Project Manager / Business Analyst to bridge business needs with IT solutions. You will manage IT projects, gather requirements, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, and ensure successful delivery from initiation to go-live.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in IT/CS and 1+ year in IT-related roles, with PM/BA exposure. PM/PRINCE2/Agile/Scrum certs are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of IT-related experience, with PM/BA exposure.
• PM/PRINCE2/Agile/Scrum cert is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary IT point of contact for one or more business units.
• Understand business objectives and identify IT solutions to support them.
• Manage and deliver IT projects or change requests from initiation through go-live.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure proper implementation and execution.

• Report project status, risks, and roadblocks to business leaders and management.
• Ensure compliance with documentation and change management standards within the banking environment.

Requirements

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
