Job summary

CATL is seeking a candidate in Indonesia, Jawa Barat, to join our operations team. The role requires an associate degree or higher in CS/SE or related majors, with experience or exposure to MES, WMS, or ERP systems, and strong English communication skills for daily coordination with Chinese management and international colleagues.

Preference will be given to applicants who can use Chinese as a working language.

Qualifications

• Associated degree or above in CS/SE/Information Management/Automation/Electrical Engineering or related majors.
• Experience with MES, WMS, or ERP systems (usage, implementation, or O&M) preferred; fresh graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• English as working language, able to communicate with Chinese management team and international colleagues daily (verbal and written).
• Chinese language skills are preferred; candidates who can use Chinese as a working language will be given priority.
• Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, strong execution, able to independently follow up issues until closure.
