Tec-Do is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Support Specialist to manage BPMS and internal systems. The role involves supporting the Operations team with system requests, tracking workflow progress, and maintaining data accuracy.

• Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
• Mandarin fluency (spoken and written) is mandatory.

• Experience in administrative, operational, or system support roles is a plus.
