Job summary

The IT Manager will be based in Batam and will support SpinCo, which will focus on digital infrastructure for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications. You will be responsible for performing a wide range of IT leadership tasks, from individual contributor to project manager, to enable financial process automation and meet technical requirements across development and testing environments.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 10 years of related experience.
Expert functional, technical and people/process management skills.
Understanding of AI/ML concepts, tools, and platforms.
Ability to lead cross-functional AI, automation/digitalization and innovation projects.

Responsibilities

Plan, prioritize, and manage IT support and maintenance activities to ensure systems function reliably.
Lead and develop a team of information systems professionals within budget.
Approve system development cost estimates, budgets, and schedules.
Manage relationships with service providers and SLAs.
Ensure business continuity and recovery of information systems.
