Job summary

Job description

Our client is a Machinery (Automation) company. Currently, they are looking for IT Infrastructure Assistant Manager.

Job Responsibilities

Manage and monitor daily IT operations and infrastructure.

Ensure availability, stability, and security of the company's IT systems and network.

Manage IT security, access control, cybersecurity, and data protection activities.

Coordinate IT system integration and application development projects.

Manage IT vendors, service providers, licenses, and IT assets.

Monitor IT incidents and ensure timely troubleshooting and resolution.

Develop and maintain IT policies, SOPs, and security procedures.

Coordinate with Japan regarding global IT systems, security requirements, and technical issues.

Support implementation and maintenance of ERP, HR systems, business applications, and other IT solutions.

Manage backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity requirements.

Conduct risk assessments and propose improvements to IT infrastructure and security.

Provide technical support and guidance to IT staff and end users.

Prepare IT reports, budgets, project updates, and improvement plans for management.

Ensure IT activities comply with company policies, information security requirements, and applicable regulations.

Other related tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

Diploma's degree in Computer Science.

5 years of experience as an IT Staff handling infrastructure in a manufacturing or trading company.

Residing in Jakarta, Depok, or Bekasi.

Proactive, analytical, reliable, adaptable, with strong troubleshooting, leadership, and communication skills.
