Job summary

Kredivo Group in Jakarta is seeking a results-driven Process Improvement Lead with 3+ years in project management to optimize end-to-end workflows. You will analyze current processes, identify bottlenecks, and design data-driven improvements across departments.

Responsibilities include developing BRDs, mapping processes, facilitating workshops, and reporting outcomes to senior management. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; collaboration across teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years leading and managing projects end-to-end (initiation to closure) in fintech or similar fields.
• Ability to analyze performance data, identify bottlenecks, diagnose issues and inform decisions.
• Experience creating BRDs, process maps/flows, timelines and root-cause analysis.
• Proven track record of identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements.
• Ability to think creatively and proactively drive improvement initiatives.
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to present information clearly and concisely.
• Works well independently or in a team across departments.

• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Create business requirement documents including project plans and timelines.
• Facilitate workshops or training sessions to promote continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management on outcomes and improvements.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in project management and process improvement.

Education

Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field

Job description

1. Minimum 3 years of proven experience in leading and managing projects and process end-to-end (from initiation/planning through execution, monitoring, control, and closure), preferably in the Fintech industry.

2. Demonstrated ability to analyze project performance data, identify process gaps/bottlenecks, diagnose issues, evaluate process efficiency, and use data to inform decisions.

3. Experience in creating business requirement documents, process maps/flows, timelines and root cause analysis.

4. Proven track record of identifying process inefficiencies and successful proposing and implementing improvements within project management or operational workflows. Ability to articulate the impact of these improvements (quantitatively if possible).

5. Ability to think outside the box and proactively create initiatives for improvements.

6. Experience effectively communicating with and managing expectations of various internal (and potentially external)

7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

8. Ability to present information clearly and concisely.

9. Proven ability to work effectively independently or within a team and collaborate across departments.

10. Minimum hold Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
