Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in IT management or digital transformation leadership.
• Proven experience delivering complex technology projects from business case through implementation and benefit realization.
• Strong experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment is highly preferred.
• Hands-on knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP), system integration, BI, databases, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
• Practical experience with manufacturing technologies, such as IoT, MES, SCADA, PLC integration, machine-data collection, or operational dashboards, is preferred.
• Experience managing vendors, project budgets, contracts, and multidisciplinary project teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage budgets for business application projects, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and projects are delivered on time.
• Establish robust governance frameworks for IT, including policies for security, compliance, and data integrity.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating existing applications, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing upgrades or new technologies as needed.
• Coordinate with external vendors and partners to procure software solutions, negotiate contracts, and oversee successful integration into the company's infrastructure.
• Lead internal project and generate reports for senior management to inform decision-making and highlight achievements or areas requiring attention.
• Ensure comprehensive training programs are available for end-users to maximize adoption rates and facilitate smooth transitions during system changes.
• Champion best practices in IT project management by promoting knowledge sharing, teamwork, and responsive communication throughout all phases of application lifecycle and infrastructure environment.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in IT management or digital transformation leadership.

Proven experience in independently managing and delivering complex technology projects, from business case development through implementation and benefit realization.

Strong experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment is highly preferred.

Hands-on knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP), system integration, business intelligence, databases, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity.

Practical experience with manufacturing technologies, such as IoT, MES, SCADA, PLC integration, machine-data collection, or operational dashboards, is preferred.

Experience managing vendors, project budgets, contracts, and multidisciplinary project teams, including strong negotiation and performance-management skills.

Strong understanding of business processes across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, sales, and supporting functions, with the ability to connect technology investments to measurable business outcomes.

Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and change-management skills, with the ability to challenge existing processes and drive practical improvements.

Highly independent, accountable, hands-on, and execution-oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders while developing long-term IT strategies.

Willing to be placed at the Head Office, South Jakarta.
