Job summary

MR.D.I.Y. Indonesia is seeking an on-site IT and store support associate to help standardize hardware setups, manage basic CCTV systems, and maintain inventory records across Jabodetabek stores.

You will coordinate with vendors, utilize Excel/Sheets for documentation, and be prepared to start in November 2026 with a Monday–Friday on-site schedule and occasional after-hours work as needed.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate required with degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Information Technology.
• Willing to visit stores across Jabodetabek as needed.
• Able to coordinate with partners outside regular office hours and on weekends when required.
• Available to start in early November 2026 or as soon as possible.
• Willing to work fully onsite (WFO), Monday to Friday.
• Willing to use a personal laptop/device for work purposes.

Responsibilities

• Basic understanding of IT standardization (hardware setup, standard software installation, asset tagging).
• Basic knowledge of CCTV systems (camera, DVR/NVR, cabling, power supply).
• Good administration skills: Excel/Google Sheets, documentation, and tracking (quotation, PR/PO, invoice).
• Good communication skills for coordinating with vendors.
