Job summary

Evyap is seeking an IT Technician to support manufacturing operations at our Sei Mangkei, North Sumatra site. The role focuses on maintaining IT systems, hardware, network connectivity, and security for office and plant environments.

You will install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, servers, CCTV, and network devices; support ERP/HRIS/inventory systems; and coordinate with vendors. Candidate should have 2+ years in IT within manufacturing and be available for on-site work.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT Technician experience in manufacturing operations.
• 1 year of contract-based employment status.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, networking, Windows OS, and CCTV systems.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP or similar) in a plant environment.
• Able to work at Sei Mangkei, North Sumatra site.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily IT technical support for office and plant users (hardware, software, network, printers).
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, servers, network devices, CCTV, and peripherals.
• Monitor LAN/WAN, internet connectivity, and basic network security.
• Support production and warehouse systems (ERP, HRIS, inventory, CCTV).
• Perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs for IT equipment.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, and data backup per company policy.
• Respond to IT incidents and service requests in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with vendors and external IT support for maintenance or troubleshooting.
• Ensure IT operations comply with company IT policies and security standards.
