Job description

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information System, Computer Science , or related field.

Minimum 1 year of IT Support/Desktop Support experience. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Strong knowledge of networking (security an wireless), servers, storage, and infrastructure operations. Understanding the basics of MikroTik configuration.

Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem solving skills.

Ability to work effectively and perform well under pressure.

Willing to be placed in our Head Office in Cengkareng, West Jakarta. And willing to be mobile (dinas luar kota) if needed.

Responsibilities:

Hardware & Asset Maintenance: Repair, upgrade, and setup of PC/laptop units (ready-to-use), as well as management of device asset inventory (active, damaged, or under repair).
