PT ESSA Industries Indonesia Tbk, headquartered in South Jakarta, seeks an experienced IT Officer to strengthen our IT infrastructure across cloud, networks, security, and multi-site connectivity. The role covers Azure, Microsoft 365, and security operations within a growing industrial group.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in IT infrastructure, 5+ years Azure and firewall expertise, and strong Cisco/Ruckus/Hyper-V experience, with excellent English communication and cross‑functional coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure, Network, System Administration, Cloud, or IT Security.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and enterprise firewall administration, preferably Palo Alto Networks.
• Strong hands-on skills in Azure VMs, VNet, NSG, Storage, Backup/Recovery, Azure Monitor, and hybrid connectivity.
• Experience in Palo Alto Firewall, including security policies, NAT, routing, IPsec/SSL VPN, logging, and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco networking, Ruckus Wireless, Hyper-V, LAN/WAN, VLAN, routing, switching, and VPN.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Windows Server, and identity integration.
• Experience managing SentinelOne EDR, endpoint security, infrastructure hardening, patching, and vulnerability remediation.
• Strong capability in backup, disaster recovery, RTO/RPO, infrastructure monitoring, SIEM/SOC integration, and end-to-end troubleshooting.
• Preferred certifications: AZ-104, Palo Alto, CCNA, Microsoft 365, or Microsoft Security.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments and with external agencies or vendors.

Responsibilities

• Administer and troubleshoot Azure, Hyper-V, Windows Server, and hybrid/multi-cloud infrastructure.
• Manage Palo Alto Firewalls, Cisco networks, Ruckus Wireless, VPN, and multi-site connectivity.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Entra ID, including access and authentication integration.
• Manage SentinelOne EDR, endpoint security policies, alert investigation, and remediation.
• Perform infrastructure security hardening, patching, access control, and vulnerability remediation.
• Execute and validate backup, restore, replication, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Monitor infrastructure performance, security logs, alerts, and integration with SIEM/SOC platforms.
• Troubleshoot complex incidents across cloud, network, firewall, VPN, virtualization, identity, endpoint, and M365 environments.
• Maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, configurations, SOPs, and infrastructure inventories.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for escalations and critical infrastructure support.
