Job summary

Tower Bersama Group is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager in Jakarta to lead the IT infrastructure team and maintain a robust technology environment. You will oversee servers, networks, security systems, CCTV, and Active Directory across multiple sites, driving projects and ensuring alignment with business requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in IT or related field and 5+ years in IT infrastructure or system & network administration, with strong troubleshooting

• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, networking, and OS
• Hands-on IT project implementation experience
• Experience with enterprise infrastructure including Nutanix virtualization, Ruijie WiFi, Palo Alto & FortiGate security devices, CCTV systems

Job description

Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure environment, including servers, networks, security systems, and directory services. Perform advanced troubleshooting (Level 2/3 support) across systems, networks, and applications. Handle incident, problem, and change management processes in accordance with SLA and ITIL standards.

Key responsibilities

Administer and ensure optimal performance of Virtualization environment (Nutanix), Wireless networks (Ruijie), Security appliances (Palo Alto & FortiGate), CCTV systems (implementation, monitoring, and maintenance), Active Directory (multi-site environment), Microsoft 365 and Zoho services

Lead and coordinate the IT Infrastructure team to ensure smooth operations and project delivery

Collaborate with users and management to ensure IT solutions align with business requirements

Plan and execute IT infrastructure and CCTV implementation projects, including Active Directory deployments

Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and system updates

About you

Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field

Min. 5+ years of working experience in handling projects in IT Infrastructure, IT Support Level 2/3, or as a System & Network Administrator

Strong experience in advanced troubleshooting for hardware, software, networking, and operating systems

Hands-on experience in IT project implementation, including installation, configuration, staging, and commissioning of IT systems and devices

Proven experience in managing and maintaining enterprise infrastructure including Virtualization environment (Nutanix – administration & maintenance), WiFi solutions (Ruijie), Network & Security devices (Palo Alto & FortiGate), CCTV systems (Design and implementation)

Experience in Microsoft Active Directory implementation and management across multiple sites (multi-site environment, replication, GPO, DNS integration)

Familiar with Zoho and Microsoft 365 (Office 365) administration

Experience in managing IT Infrastructure teams and coordinating technical operations

Ability to create technical documentation, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports, and maintain/update Knowledge Base

Familiar with SLA standards, ITIL framework, and ISO 27001 practices (incident, problem, and change management)

We are also expanding our footprint in Kalimantan and Sulawesi.

Tower Bersama Group has initiated good partnership protocols with regulatory authorities to maintain best service continuity to our customers and compliance with national or local area regulatory requirements, particularly with regard to “menara bersama” tower development concepts.
