Job summary

PT Asuransi Raksa Pratikara seeks an IT Infrastructure Specialist to install, configure, integrate, monitor, and maintain complex IT and network systems including cloud services, servers, desktops, and storage. The role requires a foundation in IT infrastructure, OS, networks, and security.

Fresh graduates are welcome. Basic knowledge of virtualization and AWS Cloud, plus routing (Cisco or MikroTik), will help you contribute to system availability, stability, and performance while collaborating

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field with GPA 2.75 or higher.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure including servers, OS, networks, and security.
Basic knowledge of routing and switching using Cisco and/or MikroTik.
Ability to monitor and maintain IT systems for availability, stability, security and performance.
Basic knowledge of virtualization and VM management.
Basic knowledge of AWS Cloud.
Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Willingness to learn new technologies and work collaboratively with IT team.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, integrate, monitor, and maintain IT infrastructure and network systems including cloud, servers, desktops, storage, devices, and operating systems.
Ensure IT security, availability, stability, and performance across systems.
Collaborate with IT team to implement new technologies and improvements.
