Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in IT/Computer related major with GPA > 3.0.
• Understand IT software/systems development life cycle.
• Familiar with network management including firewall, VPN, proxy and DNS, IPS/IDS, LAN/WAN/WiFi, switching, routers.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, test, and maintain system infrastructure availability, performance, and security.
• Make reports on infrastructure status and performance.
• Monitor infrastructure availability, performance, and security.
• Provide technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for IT systems to ensure business continuity.
