Job summary

PT Asuransi Raksa Pratikara is seeking an IT Programmer Officer to develop, enhance, and maintain applications that support our insurance operations. You will collaborate with the IT development team to deliver reliable, scalable web, mobile, and cloud solutions.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, familiarity with SQL, REST APIs, AWS, and Git, plus strong problem-solving and teamwork. Fresh graduates are welcome; internship or project experience is a plus as we move through modernization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field with GPA ≥ 2.75.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; internship or project experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of software engineering concepts, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Knowledge of REST API development and integration is a plus.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, especially AWS, is a plus.
• Familiarity with Git/version control is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Passionate about learning new technologies in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance web and mobile applications.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
