Job summary

r17 group in Indonesia seeks an experienced IT Infrastructure professional to manage and optimize core enterprise IT infrastructure, ensuring networks, servers and operating systems run efficiently.

You will troubleshoot multi-tier network and server issues across OSI layers and design scalable server environments and cloud-adjacent architectures to guarantee reliability.

A Bachelor's in IT, 3+ years of relevant experience, and strong English; CompTIA Server+ or Cloud+ preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent.
• 3+ years of relevant technical experience.
• Deep understanding of OSI Layers concept.
• Hands-on IT infrastructure experience (Networks, Servers, OS).
• CompTIA Server+ or Cloud+ preferred.
• Excellent communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain and optimize core enterprise IT Infrastructure across networks, servers, and OS.
• Troubleshoot complex multi-tier network and server issues across OSI layers.
• Design, configure, and scale server environments and cloud-adjacent architectures for reliability.
• Provide high-tier technical support to customers with clear explanations of setups or resolutions.
• Drive proactive system updates and minimize downtime with rapid response routines.
• Maintain good communication with multi-national principals.
