Job summary

PT. Halia Teknologi Nusantara is seeking an IT Assistant to support daily technology operations, provide first‑line helpdesk, and maintain workstations and peripherals. You will document IT assets and assist with onboarding and basic network tasks under guidance of the IT Administrator.

The role requires hands‑on troubleshooting for PC hardware, Windows and Linux OS, and familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Relevant diploma or vocational training in computer/network engineering or IT basics.
• Fresh graduates welcome; hands-on troubleshooting skills required.
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux OS, and basic hardware knowledge.
• Experience with end-user support and IT asset management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support and helpdesk troubleshooting for office productivity software and peripherals.
• Onboard new team members with account provisioning and workstation configuration.
• Perform routine maintenance on PCs, laptops, and cables; ensure tidy workstation setup.
• Install/repair OS and software, manage patch updates, and track spare parts inventory.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and warranty claims.
• Maintain basic network tasks and Wi-Fi stability checks.
• Inspect servers and NAS devices; keep server rack area organized and safe.
• Log issues and maintain an up-to-date IT asset inventory and user guides.
