Education/Background

• 7+ years of experience in IT consulting, digital transformation, data governance, or information technology.

Assignment/Project Location

Willing to be assigned to projects across Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple consulting engagements simultaneously, ensuring project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Oversee project teams and ensure the quality and consistency of deliverables.
• Provide strategic advisory and recommendations related to IT strategy, digital transformation, data governance, and system modernization.
• Manage client relationships and stakeholder communications throughout project engagements.
• Lead analysis of business processes, technology, and data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Review and approve reports, presentations, and project documentation before submission to clients.
• Mentor and develop junior and senior consultants within the team.
• Support business development activities, including proposal preparation, effort estimation, and opportunity identification.

Qualifications
