Job summary

HTC Global Services in Indonesia seeks an experienced HR/Finance SAP tester to design and validate system configurations, lead SIT and UAT, and ensure traceability from business requirements to SAP design decisions.

You will bridge business users and technical teams, manage defects in JIRA/Zephyr, and support go-live readiness with strong documentation and communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Qualifications

• Min. 5+ years experience with HR/ Finance process understanding, system and software testing on complex system implementations.
• Hands-on SAP S4 HANA & SuccessFactors implementation experience, 2 full-cycles SAP S4 HANA/ SuccessFactors implementations is strongly preferred.
• Domain (preferred): Proven experience designing/executing SIT & UAT, requirements traceability matrix, and defect management; JIRA/Zephyr (or equivalent) proficiency.
• Delivery: Ability to bridge business (HR/ Finance users) and technical (config/functional) teams; structured, quality-focused, and stakeholder-oriented; strong documentation.
• Language: Bahasa Indonesia + English working proficiency

Responsibilities

• Support design workshops for the assigned area and escalate only true design decisions.
• Maintain a log linking business requirements to SAP design decisions.
• Review & validate design documents to ensure alignment with decisions.
• Validate configuration against design and maintain functional specs/process flows.
• Perform pre-UAT validation to ensure readiness for UAT.
• Design & execute UAT scenarios, test cases and scripts with end-to-end traceability.
• Support sign-off process before business process owner approves UAT.
• Manage defects via JIRA and report test progress and release readiness.
• Review training materials, communication materials, and cutover plans for alignment with design and processes.
• Align with HR & Finance process owners and provide updates throughout design/build/test cycles.
• Support go-live readiness check and post-go-live stabilization.

Job description

Support design workshops for the assigned area (escalating only true design decisions to the real process owner),

Maintain a log linking business requirements to SAP design decisions,

Review & validate design documents (functional specs, technical specs, process flows, etc.) to ensure alignment with decisions made in the design workshops,

Validate configuration against design and maintain functional specs/process flows,Perform pre-UAT validation to ensure readiness to go to UAT stage,

Design & execute UAT scenario, test cases and scripts ensuring end-to-end coverage and requirements traceability,

Support sign-off process through proper validation before business process owner formally approves UAT,

Manage defects (via JIRA) through triage, retest, and closure; report test progress and release readiness,

Review training materials, communication materials, and cutover plans to ensure alignment with business decisions, confirmed design, and process changes.

Align with respective HR &Finance business process owners — provide regular updates and align on detailed design, changes, and open items throughout the design, build and test cycles,

Support go-live readiness check and post-go-live stabilization.

Qualification:

Experience: Min. 5+ years experience with HR/ Finance process understanding, system and software testing on complex system implementations

Technical: Solid understanding of HR/ Finance processes in the assigned area; hands-on SAPS4 HANA & SuccessFactors implementation experience, 2 full-cycles SAP S4 HANA/ SuccessFactors implementations is strongly preferred

Domain (preferred): Proven experience designing/executing SIT & UAT, requirements traceability matrix, and defect management; JIRA/Zephyr (or equivalent) proficiency

Delivery: Able to bridge business (HR/ Finance users) and technical (config/functional) teams; structured, quality-focused, and stakeholder-oriented; Strong collaboration; clear communication; strong documentation

Language: Bahasa Indonesia + English working proficiency
