Job summary

PT Intrias Mandiri Sejati seeks an IT Business Analyst with 4+ years in IT BA, preferably with Life/General Insurance experience. You will bridge business users and technical teams, gather and translate requirements, and prepare BRDs for system development and enhancement.

You will work with Project Managers, IT, and solution architects to ensure clear requirements, participate in estimation and planning, and support testing and UAT to minimize operational risks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years as an IT Business Analyst in projects.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating to solutions.
• Experience in Insurance projects is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bridge business users and IT with requirement analysis and BRD management.
• Gather, analyze, document, and manage business requirements for system projects.
• Support testing by developing test plans, scenarios, and reports.
• Conduct system testing and assist UAT; ensure scope and quality alignment.
• Monitor progress, timelines, and deliverables; enable transition to BAU.
