Job summary

Jakarta-based IT Business Development Manager position with WFO requirement. Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities for IT Infrastructure and Managed Services, while building relationships with clients in the building and property management sectors.

Responsible for canvassing, outbound prospecting, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and maintain CRM records.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of BD, sales, or account management in IT services.
• Hunter track record with targets.
• Ability to explain IT concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities for IT Infrastructure and IT Managed Services.
• Conduct canvassing and outbound prospecting to grow the sales pipeline.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, especially in building and property management sectors.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with internal technical and project teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasting and CRM records.
• Contribute to mid-term team building and provide leadership guidance as the BD function expands.
