Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a Business Analyst to gather and document business requirements from multiple departments and translate them into clear functional specifications for the IT team. You will map current processes (As-Is) and design To-Be improvements, acting as a bridge between users, IT, and vendors to ensure accurate translation and implementation.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in a Business Analyst or similar analytical role, strong stakeholder communication,

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
Strong communication skills with stakeholders at various levels, from staff to management.
Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and across departments.
Detail-oriented, structured, and experienced in preparing work documentation.
Experience or knowledge in industrial estates or GIS is a plus.

Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements from users across various departments.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications for the IT team.
Map current business processes (As-Is) and design process improvements (To-Be).
Act as a bridge between users, the IT team, and vendors to ensure business requirements are properly translated and implemented.
