Job summary

PT ABISHAR TECHNOLOGIES INDONESIA is seeking an IT Business Analyst with Banking domain expertise to bridge business needs and IT solutions. The candidate will gather, analyze, and document requirements, translate them into functional/technical specs, and prepare BRD/FRD/User Stories/Use Cases.

A solid SDLC and Agile/Scrum foundation, collaboration with stakeholders, and UAT/SIT testing experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst / Business Analyst / System Analyst.
• Banking experience is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of banking business processes and IT systems.
• Experienced in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Able to translate business requirements into functional and technical requirements.
• Experienced in preparing BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, Functional Specifications, and Process Flow.
• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Experienced in working with business users, developers, QA, Product Owners, and other stakeholders.
• Familiar with UAT, SIT, testing, issue tracking, and system implementation.
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
