Job summary

Bank Danamon is seeking an experienced IT System Analyst to join the IT Analytics & Data Warehouse (DWH) Team. You will analyze business requirements, translate them into functional and technical specifications, and guide IT initiatives that support the bank's objectives.

The role requires strong analytical capability, banking technology experience, and the ability to collaborate with business users, developers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, data-driven banking

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, IT or related field.
• Experience in banking technology projects is highly preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years as a System Analyst.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business requirements, including evaluating impacts on core and related systems.
• Gather, validate, and translate business needs into functional specifications and technical requirements.
• Design application functionalities and support the development of new business processes where required.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.
• Collaborate with business users to develop, execute, and validate test scenarios and test scripts.
• Support software testing activities and ensure solutions meet business expectations.
• Work closely with Data Management teams to prepare and execute data migration and conversion activities.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to agreed project standards.
• Collaborate with Project Support, Solution Architecture, and other IT teams to; Define testing standards, methodologies, and procedures, Support implementation and deployment activities, Manage change initiatives and assess business impacts.
• Provide effort, solution, and cost estimations for proposed enhancements and projects.
• Ensure project and BAU (Business-As-Usual) activities are delivered in compliance with SDLC standards, timelines, and agreed target dates.

Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Candidates with strong technical backgrounds and experience managing banking technology projects are highly preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a System Analyst.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in banking technology projects.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, system analysis, testing, and project implementation.
• Strong understanding of system development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders, including business users, developers, project teams, and external vendors.

Technical Knowledge:
