Description du poste

• keepingsystems healthy and catching problems before users notice them by usingdashboards and monitoring tools.
• Recordingfindings in a daily health-check report and escalating anything abnormal
• Handleticket
  • Workingon user requests and incidents through a ticketing system
  • Servicerequests: routine tasks such as downloading data, user inquiries,etc.
  • Incidents:something is broken ("app error," "can't log in,""report shows wrong data"). To investigate, fix it or find aworkaround, and escalation if needed.
  • MeetingSLAs (response and resolution time targets)
  • Writingclear updates and documenting solutions so the team can reuse them
• Deployment
  • Checkingthat required documents are complete: release notes, deployment steps,test results (UAT sign-off)
  • Gettingapprovals from the relevant people
  • Sendingnotifications to users and stakeholders about the planned downtimeor change
