PT ABISHAR TECHNOLOGIES INDONESIA is seeking an IT Administrator / Technical Writer to join our team in Jakarta. You will develop and maintain technical documentation for enterprise systems such as HRIS, WMS, and DMS, translating complex concepts into clear, usable content.

You will collaborate with developers, QA, UI/UX, and PM teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and high quality documentation that improves user experience and reduces support load.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience as an IT Administrator or Technical Writer.
• Hands-on experience in producing technical documentation/ technical writing for enterprise systems such as HRIS, WMS and DMS.
• Skilled in transforming complex technical concepts into clear, structured, and accessible content.
• Adept at collaborating with cross functional teams (Developers, QA, UI/UX, PM) to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability across technical documents.
• Passionate about delivering documentation that enhances user experience and reduces support load.

2–3 years’ experience as an IT Administrator or Technical Writer

Hands-on experience in producing technical documentation/ technical writing for enterprise systems such as HRIS, WMS and DMS.

Skilled in transforming complex technical concepts into clear, structured, and accessible content.

Adept at collaborating with cross functional teams (Developers, QA, UI/UX, PM) to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability across technical documents.

Passionate about delivering documentation that enhances user experience and reduces support load.

Familiar with Notion, Jira, Draw.io, Figma, Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Canva.

Other skills that good to have: Documentation Architecture, Content Structuring, User Guide Creation, HTML/CSS, Content Writing
