Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Law, HSE, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in QA/QC, social compliance, or management systems.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, GMP, QSA, and FQA.
• Familiarity with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, BSCI, SMETA is advantageous.
• Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented in reviewing documents, procedures, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate internal and external audits.
• Conduct routine audits and field inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
• Lead and coordinate ISO, QSA, FQA, and social compliance audits.
• Monitor operational activities and identify potential risks and non-compliance.
• Maintain and manage audit documentation and records.
• Develop, monitor, and follow up on CAPA.
• Ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively and support continuous improvement.
