Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Law, HSE, or related field.
Minimum 5 years in QA/QC, social compliance, or management systems.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, GMP, QSA, and FQA.
Familiarity with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, BSCI, SMETA is advantageous.
Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented in reviewing documents, procedures, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Prepare and coordinate internal and external audits.
Conduct routine audits and field inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
Lead and coordinate ISO, QSA, FQA, and social compliance audits.
Monitor operational activities and identify potential risks and non-compliance.
Maintain and manage audit documentation and records.
Develop, monitor, and follow up on CAPA.
Ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively and support continuous improvement.
