Job summary

PT Polychemie Asia Pacific Permai is seeking a Business Process & Compliance Staff (Operations & ISO 9001) to map processes, draft SOPs and align operations with ISO 9001:2015 across the plant. You will serve as Internal Auditor for ISO 9001, manage NCRs, CAPA tracking, and control documents, driving Kaizen initiatives with Plant Production and QA/QC teams.

Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or Operational Management, with 1–2

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in chemical-related field with 1–2 years in manufacturing.
ISO 9001:2015 training or certification.
Strong technical writing and process mapping skills.

Responsibilities

Design, draft, and write SOPs and work instructions (IK) from scratch and document workflows clearly.
Standardise factory processes aligned with ISO 9001:2015 Operation clause and production parameters.
Act as Internal Auditor for ISO 9001 to assess compliance across lines and QA processes.
Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and monitor defect mitigation to prevent shipments.
Facilitate CAPA tracking with RCA methods (Fishbone / 5 Whys) with Production Head & Plant Manager.
Control documented information lifecycle and ensure current versions are used.
