Job summary

PT Central Sarana Pancing is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist focused on documentation control and ISO compliance. You will develop, update, and manage SOPs, forms, and work instructions while ensuring accuracy, security, and proper approval prior to dissemination.

You will plan and execute internal audits against ISO 9001:2015, collect and analyze CAPA findings, provide training on SOPs and ISO concepts, and support management with data and agendas for reviews.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 qualification from Industrial Engineering, Management, or related fields.
• Strong understanding or certification in ISO 9001:2015.
• Capability in document control, data processing (spreadsheet), and understanding of Quality Tools (such as 7 QC Tools, FMEA, or root cause analysis).
• Additional value if holding Internal Auditor ISO certificate or General AK3 certificate.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and control company documents such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), work instructions, and forms.
• Ensure all circulating documents are approved, accurate, secure, and current before distribution to relevant departments.
• Plan and conduct periodic internal audits to evaluate compliance with ISO standards across all departments.
• Collect, analyze, and follow up on audit findings and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) reports.
• Provide training and socialization regarding SOP and ISO standard understanding to other employees.
• Assist management in preparing data, reports, and agendas for management review meetings.
