Job summary

BYD Group is seeking a material inspector in Subang, West Java. The role focuses on inspecting materials, ensuring raw material quality, and tracking review progress.

You will assist with anomalies in storage and processing stages and learn to operate precision measuring tools for incoming materials. The position requires 1–3 years of experience and a vocational or senior high school background in mechatronics or related fields.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in material inspection or quality control.
• Familiarity with 5S and laboratory practices.
• Proficiency with basic inspection tools preferred.
• Willingness to learn gear measuring instrument, CMM, image measuring instrument.

Responsibilities

• Inspect materials and raw materials quality; follow up on review progress.
• Assist in handling material anomalies during storage and processing stages.
• Detect and decide on raw material samples.
• Maintain 5S in the raw material inspection room and precision lab.
• Learn and operate inspection tools and precision instruments for incoming material inspection.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

• Maintenance and management of 5S in the raw material inspection room and precision laboratory;
• Learning and operation of inspection tools and precision instruments (gear measuring instrument, coordinate measuring machine, image measuring instrument, etc.) for incoming material inspection;
• Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
