Job summary

PT DBG Technology Indonesia specializes in high‑precision electronics manufacturing and quality control. The QA/QC engineer will oversee SMT/PCBA incoming inspection, support AQL sampling, and ensure adherence to quality standards across production lines.

The role requires 2+ years in SMT/PCBA manufacturing, fluency in Mandarin, and basic English communication, with strong measurement tool proficiency and Excel data handling. Industrial engineers or QA/QC backgrounds are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in SMT / PCBA manufacturing, preferably in IQC, FQC, or Quality Control.
• Experience handling electronic components and SMT materials is preferred.
• Familiar with incoming material inspection processes and AQL sampling standards.
• Experience in PCBA manufacturing is highly preferred.
• Mandarin Chinese: Fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
• English: Basic communication skills are preferred.
• Able to use basic measurement and inspection equipment.
• Familiarity with equipment such as calipers, micrometers, multimeters, LCR meters, or other relevant inspection tools is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of quality control methods and defect classification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for inspection records and basic data statistics.
