Job summary

PT Bizlink Technology Indonesia is seeking a results-driven Quality Engineer to lead quality assurance activities, coordinate project transfers, and drive improvements in line with ISO and customer requirements.

You will manage testing tool procurement, train inspectors, perform 8D corrective actions, and monitor KPI delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Quality Engineer.
• Proficient in English.
• IPC certifications (A-610, A-620, J-STD-001) or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support quality engineering activities and customer requirements to ensure product quality.
• Conduct project management for transfers or NPI.
• Create and review PPAP documents.
• Train inspectors and operators on quality topics.
• Conduct internal/external audits per ISO standards and customer requirements.
• Procure testing tools and measuring equipment for QC.
• Prepare 8D corrective action reports for quality issues and customer complaints.
• Collaborate with teams to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor KPIs of the Quality Assurance department.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy workplace (7S).

Job description

Responsible for supporting quality engineering activities, project management, quality improvement, and customer requirements to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

Conduct project management activities for project transfer and/or new product introduction (NPI)

Create and review PPAP documents

Train inspectors and operators on quality-related topics

Conduct internal and/or external audits in accordance with applicable ISO standards and customer requirements

Manage the procurement of testing tools, measuring equipment, and other items required for quality control

Prepare corrective action reports using the 8D methodology for internal quality issues and customer complaints

Work with internal teams to continuously improve product quality and enhance customer satisfaction

Monitor the KPIs of the Quality Assurance department

Participate in maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy workplace (7S)

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering or an equivalent discipline

Minimum 4 years of experience as a Quality Engineer

Good command of English

Candidates holding IPC-A-610, IPC-A-620, or IPC-J-STD-001 certifications will be given preference

or have lean six sigma green belt certificate
