PT Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya is seeking an Inventory Visibility & Optimization Officer to join our operations team in Jakarta. The role focuses on maintaining optimal stock levels, accurate DOIs, and efficient warehouse workflows to ensure product availability across all depots.

The candidate should have 2–3 years in inventory and logistics, be proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP systems, and apply ABC analysis and statistical methods to optimize inventory strategies and costs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in inventory management and logistics.
• Proficient with ERP software and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of ABC analysis and statistical methods.

Responsabilités

• Manage inventory through continuous monitoring and control of warehouse stock to ensure items are available to meet demand.
• Evaluate DOI, expired dates, and product quarantine processes to optimize availability across all depo points.
• Conduct demand forecasting based on historical data and market trends to identify products with high relevance.
• Analyze stock availability to improve operational efficiency and identify cost optimization opportunities.
