Job summary

PT Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya, a leading food and beverage company in Indonesia, is seeking a skilled Inventory/Modern Trade Analyst to drive inventory performance and data-driven decisions. The role focuses on MT distribution, EOQ optimization, and robust reporting.

The candidate will work with ERP systems, Excel-based forecasting, and BI tools to monitor DOI, OOS, service levels, and slow-moving stock, delivering weekly and monthly analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Strong understanding of Modern Trade distribution channels.
• Knowledge of inventory management concepts (ROP, EOQ, safety stock, service level, WOS).
• Advanced Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, forecasting).
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or MS Dynamics.
• Power BI or data visualization tools a plus.
• Ability to analyze Modern Trade data (POS, sell-in/sell-out).
• Strong analytical and reporting skills for weekly/monthly inventory performance.
