This hybrid role combines office work in Tangerang with remote collaboration, offering exposure to advanced planning tools and cross-functional projects across procurement, warehousing, and sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in logistics planning or supply chain management.
• Strong analytical skills with data analysis and optimization expertise.
• Proficiency with logistics planning software and ERP systems.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management abilities.
• Hybrid work model with in-office Tangerang and remote work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute inbound/outbound logistics strategies for efficient product flow.
• Analyze transport data to reduce costs and improve delivery in Tangerang and beyond.
• Manage relationships with 3PLs and carriers; negotiate contracts and SLAs.
• Use planning software to optimize routes, loads, and schedules.
• Monitor KPIs and report logistics performance to management.
• Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, and sales to align logistics with goals.
