Job summary

Nusantics Group in Lima, Peru is seeking a Warehouse Operations Associate to verify incoming and outgoing goods against documents, coordinate QC checks and delivery arrangements. You will manage daily inventory records, transfer notes, invoice uploads, and ERP entries to keep stock accurate.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration, with strong Excel/Sheets skills and ERP familiarity.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Good understanding of basic inventory management principles, warehousing processes, and supply chain operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Excel / Sheets) with familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Accurate, WMS) being a plus.
• High attention to detail, strong numerical skills, and analytical ability for inventory administration and stock reconciliation.
• Strong communication skills, proactive, well-organized, and able to collaborate across departments.
• Highly disciplined, honest, responsible, and capable of working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform verification of incoming and outgoing goods against documents and coordinate QC checks, and delivery arrangements.
• Execute daily warehouse and inventory data administration, including stock transfer records, invoice uploads, and ERP transactions.
• Participate in stock opname and assist in stock discrepancy/adjustment across group entities.
• Handle Purchase Requests for warehouse consumables, review service invoices, and manage warehouse admin documentation.
• Collaborate with QC, Production Planning, Finance, and Operations to maintain smooth material flow and stock reporting.
