Job summary

Pou Chen Group Indonesia is looking for a Warehouse Associate to manage inventory data and ensure accuracy between physical stock and system records. You will handle receiving, storing, and preparing materials following FIFO and work instructions, and support stock checks to report discrepancies.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree, basic warehouse knowledge, physical fitness, and fluency in English to communicate with team and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Basic understanding of warehouse activities (receiving, storing, FIFO system).
• Good physical fitness and ability to handle goods.
• Able to follow work instructions and safety procedures.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Input and update inventory data accurately.
• Monitor stock movements and system transactions.
• Ensure accuracy between physical stocks and system data.
• Receive, move, and store materials according to work instructions.
• Prepare and deliver materials based on the warehouse schedule.
• Follow FIFO rules and proper storage locations.
• Support and stock checking and report any discrepancies.
