Job summary

Nobel Riggindo is seeking an Inventory Staff to coordinate and update incoming stock, monitor warehouse consumables, and optimize inventory to meet site needs. The role requires SAP B1/HANA familiarity, accurate stock input, and teamwork in a Cikarang placement.

You will process goods receipt and issues in SAP, prepare reports, and ensure QC pass before packaging and shipping. Immediate joiners preferred in a hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum education S-1 equivalent.
• Experience as Inventory Staff, min 2 years.
• Can communicate well.
• Able to work with a team or individually.
• Thorough in inputting stock and paying attention to details.
• Able to operate a computer (MS Office).
• Preferably, those who can use SAP B1 / SAP HANA.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and update incoming stock inventory.
• Prepare reports and regularly monitor stock of consumables in the warehouse.
• Optimize inventory to meet warehouse needs.
• Request purchase orders from procurement as needed with the approval of superiors.
• Reconcile actual stock counts with computer-generated reports.
• Receive and count goods entering the warehouse area.
• Doing goods received and goods issues in the SAP B1/ SAP HANA system.
• Arrange goods displays and memorize the names of goods in the warehouse.
• Checks the goods before sending and ensures that the goods have passed QC checks according to existing standards.
• Carry out packaging, weighing, and marking goods before sending them to customers.
• Create a Tagging ID on the product according to the serial number listed on the SO.
• Sign letters of receipt of goods from suppliers and expeditions.
