Job summary

PT Bizlink Technology Indonesia seeks a detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to maintain accurate warehouse records, process goods receipts in SAP, and manage daily warehouse transactions in Batam. You will prepare delivery orders, monitor inventory, assist with cycle counts, and support audits while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards and delivering timely reports.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse administration, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience using SAP, or similar software is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to speak in English
• Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate warehouse records, inventory transactions, and stock movement documentation.
• Process Goods Receipt (GR) and all warehouse transactions in the SAP
• Prepare and verify delivery orders, purchase orders, invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock reconciliation and cycle counts.
• Investigate and report inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain organized filing systems for warehouse documents and records.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse and inventory reports.
• Support inbound and outbound shipment scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Assist during internal and external inventory audits.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor or Manager.
