Job summary

YHC Keramika Indonesia is seeking a stock monitoring and auditing specialist to ensure alignment between system records and warehouse realities. The role involves rigorous cycle counts, discrepancy investigations, and accurate data entry into the ERP.

The candidate will produce routine stock reports, support procurement decisions, and collaborate with purchasing, warehouse, and logistics teams to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize overstocking.

Job description

Stock Monitoring & Auditing: Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to reconcile stock levels between the system and warehouse physical reality.

Discrepancy Investigation: Identify, report, and resolve inventory variances, damaged goods, or missing items.

Data Management: Ensure all inventory transactions (receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments) are accurately recorded in the inventory management or ERP system.

Reporting: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports regarding inventory turnover, aging stock, and stock accuracy rates.

Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with purchasing, warehouse operations, and logistics teams to maintain optimal stock thresholds and prevent overstocking.
