• Bachelor's degree in any major
• Business level of Japanese (N2 or above)
• Conversational level of English
• At least 2 years of experience as a Japanese Translator/Interpreter or Sales Administration in Japanese companies
• Experience communicating and coordinating with Japanese customers, suppliers, or business partners
• Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with Japanese foreign workers and local employees
• Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Provide Japanese-Indonesian and Japanese-English translation and interpretation to support business operations and communication
• Assist Japanese foreign workers in customer communication, business activities, and coordination with local employees
• Support communication with Japanese customers, suppliers, and business partners as required
• Prepare and manage sales-related documents, including Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), contracts, customer registration documents, and other supporting documentation
• Coordinate and follow up on sales administration activities to ensure documents and processes are completed accurately and on time
• Support the preparation of product samples and cooking demonstrations as required
• Other tasks as assigned
