Job summary
PT Fosun Health Technology Indonesia is seeking a Patient Services & On-site Operations Executive to join our Surabaya team and support Indonesian patients seeking medical treatment in China. This is a patient-facing, hands-on role that collaborates with our online teams, patients, families, doctors, hospitals, and Chinese medical teams.

Qualifications
- Mandarin proficiency required to communicate with Chinese-speaking colleagues and partners.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Nursing, Pharmacy, Public Health, Business, Communication, Languages, Hospitality, Operations, or another relevant field.
- Experience in healthcare, hospital services, patient services, medical concierge, insurance, customer service, hospitality, operations, or related roles is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Follow up qualified patient inquiries and communicate with patients and families through WhatsApp, phone calls, online channels, and face-to-face meetings.
- Understand patient needs and collect medical information including medical history, examination results, imaging, pathology reports, and previous treatment records.
- Guide patients through documents, medical consultations, treatment arrangements, and next steps.
- Coordinate online and offline consultations between patients, doctors, hospitals, and Fosun Health teams in Indonesia and China.
- Receive and support patients visiting the Surabaya office or attending Fosun Health consultations, events, and other offline activities.
