Job summary

Siloam Hospitals Group is looking for a qualified candidate to assist with operational services, ensuring service to patients meets Siloam standards. Responsibilities include supporting sales and marketing teams, assisting with local and international sales visits, and planning to attract new expatriate patients.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of a bachelor's degree, at least 1 year of relevant experience, and strong communication and negotiation skills. Expatriates based in Labuan Bajo or Bali, and local talent with international experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in guest relations/service excellence, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Expatriates preferably based in Labuan Bajo/Bali with KITAS are encouraged to apply.
• Local talent with international exposure/experience is also welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the direction of operational services to provide service to patients.
• Support the sales, marketing, operations, and nursing teams with translations.
• Assist the team with sales visits to agents, hotels, and businesses focusing on expatriates.
• Provide suggestions and help plan executions to attract new expatriate patients.
