Job summary

Lemonilo is seeking a Compliance professional to join the Internal Control Team in Jakarta to strengthen policy development and governance for the company. The role focuses on implementing compliance standards, maintaining documentation, and guiding internal initiatives with cross-functional teams.

Qualified candidates will have a law degree and at least 2 years in compliance, preferably in an FMCG multinational. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Hold a law degree and valid professional credentials.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in compliance and PPGR.
• Experience in FMCG multinational company is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of internal control governance and frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders across different functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, assess, and update internal compliance policies, SOPs, and business practices.
• Oversee the implementation of internal compliance requirements across business operations.
• Assist in reviewing and addressing incidents involving potential non-compliance.
• Ensure compliance-related policies, procedures, processes, and reports are properly documented and kept up to date.
• Provide compliance support and guidance for internal initiatives, projects, and engagements involving internal and external stakeholders, while promoting appropriate business conduct.
• Work collaboratively with Internal Audit, Legal, and other relevant business functions.

As part of the Internal Control Team, you will contribute to maintaining compliance across the company’s operations by ensuring alignment with internal policies and applicable standards. You will be involved in developing and implementing compliance policies, maintaining relevant documentation, providing support and guidance on compliance matters, and working closely with Legal, Internal Audit, and other relevant teams.

What are we looking for?
